The Robo Rocker is a combination of technologies involving motion, measurement and control. It robotically rocks and soothes your child and turns your car seat into a rocker.

It’s great for restaurants, when you go out to eat, date nights. When your baby falls asleep in the car, there’s no need to wake them up, just take them out, turn on the Robo Rocker and put them back to sleep with a gentle rock.

The robotic arm contains an encoder, a gear head, and a brushed motor, interfaced to a microcontroller, which also contains a six degree of freedom motion measurement chip. It’s designed to simulate a mother’s heartbeat.

The motion measurement chip is used with a Kalman filter to characterize the frequency of the baby rocker system. The on board motor driver then drives the robotic arm at that frequency.

The Robo Rocker adapts, using an adaptive control system and artificial intelligence algorithms, to whatever car seat you have and however much your baby weighs and wherever they like to sit in the car seat.

No longer do you have to drive around with your baby in the car to get them to go to sleep. Now with Robo Rocker you can bring that motion with you everywhere.
